Titanium WhipNumber: 22 What do you do outside of roller derby: Pharmacy tech and administrative coordinator by day, science and mathematics geek extraordinaire by night Athletic or Skating Background: I played little league when I was younger and then high school softball. I also played basketball but I was pretty terrible at it. I learned to skate when I was in kindergarten, but when I joined TRG I probably hadn’t skated since middle school. Why I joined derby: I used to work with Erin Breakabitch, who was the coach when I joined. She convinced me to come to a practice, and after that I was pretty much hooked. Best Derby Moment: Road Trips! Favorite Derby Fan: My 5-year-old daughter, Shannon Embarrassing Moment: Eating the floor at the precise moment that my name was called during intros at a game in Gainesville Game Day Rituals: nothing special Birthday: August 14 |
