TRG Starts Home Season vs. Acadiana Rollergirls

Who’s ready for some derby? On March 9th the Tallahassee RollerGirls will kick off our home season with Season 7 Bout 1 featuring a matchup between the Acadiana Rollergirls and Tallahassee’s own Capital Punishment (A-Team). This will be the league’s first bout in the brand new Hansel E. Tookes Rec Center at FAMU. The Acadiana Rollergirls are traveling from Louisiana to help us break in our new venue and we couldn’t be more excited!

Wow, The Tallahassee RollerGirls' sixth official season proved to be one of the most successful to date. We came out of the South Central Regional Tournament as the #8 team. We couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who helped us get to Nebraska, it was an invaluable experience for our league and we are even more motivated to start the 2013 season. Our fans and supporters are the backbone that keeps us skating hard and fast.

Our MVP of the Month is Sox Populi (# 4), who has been with TRG since 2010! Watch out for her on the track as she knocks her opponents’ socks off as she hits them in the pack (as well as rocks everyone's socks off when she dances at after parties!).
